HTSJ - How to say "Good Bye" in Japanese language

Today, we'll learn how to say good bye in Japanese language. There are many ways to say before you leave.


さようなら => sa-you-na-ra or sa-yo-na-ra => Good Bye or Farewell



Word "sa-you-na-ra" rarely use in daily life. People say "sa-you-na-ra" when they don't know that they can meet the others again or not. You can use word "sa-you-na-ra" to be sarcastic to your boyfriend or girlfriend when you don't want to see each other again.


またあいましょう => ma-ta-ai-ma-sho => See you again.



"ma-ta-ai-ma-sho" means "See you again later". People usually say it before they leave as a manner.


じゃ、またね => ja, ma-ta-ne => Bye, See you.



It looks friendly when you say it. Like a friend talk "Bye bye~ see ya" , "Take care" or "Good luck"
